Shrimp Mac N Cheese

A classic southern favorite mixed with your favorite seafood and jerk flavors for a kick your tastebuds are sure to enjoy!  Total cook/prep time: 40 mins

1 box elbow macaroni
2 jar roasted garlic parmesan pasta sauce
1 pack 24oz mixed cheese blend (shredded)
20 pealed and deveined shrimp
Jerk Seasoning
1 onion
Bread Crumbs
Black pepper (to taste)
Romano grated cheese


  1. Boil pasta according to instructions on box
  2. Chop 1 whole onion and add to a sauce pan with oil/butter/your choice of aid to avoid sticking
  3. Add shrimp to a bowl and lightly coat in jerk seasoning
  4. Add shrimp to onions and saute’  for about 3-5 minutes or until tender
  5. Drain your noodles and return them to the stove adding 2 jars of white pasta sauce and heating for about 1 minute to a boil
  6. Once shrimp and onions are tender, add mix to the noodles and stir for about 2 minutes or until fully coated in sauce
  7. Add mixed cheese to the pot and stir until cheese is melted
  8. Once mixture is nice and thick, add to a baking dish and coat with romano cheese, bread crumbs and black pepper to taste
  9. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes or until brown to your liking
  10. Remove dish from the oven and let cool
  11. Scoop out and serve!
