Savory Seafood Roast

Savory is an understatement for this dish! Try this shrimp and crab roast on a lazy Sunday with friends. This is surely a flavorful taste of the sea. Total cook time: 25-35 mins

Ingredients

Parsley
Shrimp (5 lbs)
Butter (3 cups)
Snow King Crab (20 lbs)
Jerk Seasoning (1/2 cup)
Crushed red pepper (1 tbsp)
Garlic Powder (1/2 cup)
Olive Oil (1/2 cup)
Smoked Paprika (1 tbsp)
Black Pepper (1 tbsp)
Creole Seasoning (1/2 cup)
1 – 5lb aluminum tray

Instructions

  1. Create your marinade. In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, paprika, black pepper, creole seasoning, crushed red pepper and jerk seasoning to melted butter (as measured out above)
  2. Add shrimp and crab to pan and drizzle marinade over until fully covered. Add about 1-2 tbsp (or 1 stick) fresh butter on top (not melted) and let it melt in the oven
  3. Heat oven to 450 degrees
  4. Let pan cook for 25-35 minutes or until shrimp is fully cooked
  5. Once seafood is fully cooked, remove from oven and serve warm
  6. Enjoy!
