Poppin’ Potato Wedges

These potato wedges are seasoned to perfection. Try throwing these on the side at any cook out or even eat these as a mid-day snack! Total cook time: 30-45 minutes



  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • Potatoes, cut into wedges & rinsed
  • 2 tbsp Goya Adobo seasoning
  • 2 tbsp basil
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp black pepper


  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Combine seasonings and oil into 1 bowl, mix well
  3. Coat Potatoes in oil and place on a baking tray
  4. Pour your mixed seasoning over tray of potatoes and coat potatoes by rubbing seasoning over wedges
  5. Bake your tray of potatoes in oven for about 30-45 minutes or until wedges are nice and crisp
  6. Remove from oven, serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
